Singapore Orders

How is my order shipped?

Our delivery partner is NinjaVan.

When will my order be shipped out?

For orders with items that are in stock; they will be processed and shipped out in 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during promotional periods or new launches, orders may take up to 7-14 working days to process and shipped out.


For orders with items on PREORDER; fulfilment will follow what is stated on the product listing. If your order has both an in stock and preorder item, please note that your order will be sent out together when ALL items have arrived. 

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 How long does shipping take?

Once you receive the tracking email, shipping usually takes 4 - 6 working days.

 How do I track my order?

You can track it with the given tracking number on https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking.

 How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping is calculated by weight and starts from $6 onwards. Simply add items to your cart and shipping fee will be automatically calculated.

 Can I specify a timeslot for delivery?

All deliveries are currently Standard, 9am-10 pm. No other timeslots may be selected.

 Can I specify a day for delivery?

We are unable to specify a day for delivery. In the event of failed deliveries, you may reschedule with our courier partners directly.

 Can I change my address/details for my order?

If your order has not shipped out, we might still be able to make changes.

We will confirm any changes via email.

Malaysia and Oversea Orders


***Product warranty is only valid in Singapore. Cote Maison Asia LLP will not bear any damages, returns or exchanges that occur overseas.

We will only fulfil the warranty if you bring the product back to Singapore.

All international orders are also subjected to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. We are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on product value. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Cote Maison Asia LLP assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.***

 How long does shipping take?

Once you receive the tracking email, shipping usually takes 6 - 11 working days. However, due to the dynamic nature of international shipping and freight, all shipping rates and timings are subjected to change. The delivery times are to be used as an estimate only and we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We will also not be liable if the outer packaging is damaged in transit as this is beyond our control.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule for another delivery. Please note, however, that there may be additional shipping charges based on their delivery policy to which the recipient must then bear.
