All sales are final.
We cannot cancel, add on or modify any orders once they have been placed.
Return and refund policy
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your product has manufacturing defects which are covered under warranty.
In the event of refunds, it may be subjected to a 5% merchant admin fee charge. You will only get back 95% of the amount paid. (e.g. paid $100 but you will only be refunded $95)
We will not be able to reimburse shipping fees if you are returning/refunding the item.
This is subjected to our review and done on a case by case basis.
We are also unable to offer refunds if you have purchased from our retailers, please go back to the retailer you purchased from and seek a refund from them instead.
All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange and returns at any time.
This return and refund policy is only valid in Singapore.
I received the wrong items / missing items in order
We are so sorry for the error and inconvenience caused! Please email us at hello@maisonace.com with your order details, along with a picture of the wrong products (if any) within 5 days of delivery. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Products must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
For products that are OOS, we will offer a replacement of similar value or refund.
I received damaged products
Oh no, we're so sorry this happened! We always check our products before shipping out but accidents do happen along the way. (Outer packaging damage and slight cosmetic marks that do not affect usage and or functionality are not considered.)
Please email us at hello@maisonace.com within 5 days of delivery.
Products must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
Please include your order details and product that was damaged, along with a photo if possible.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers.

We do have to let you know that items under the 2nd Chance program are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Fret not! They will still be covered under warranty if they are non-consumable!
For items which are not deemed as a consumable, they are covered under our 1-year warranty but not for the following conditions:
1. 2nd Chance condition stated in the original listing
2. Cosmetic defects including but not exhaustively: scratches, paint peel, and chipped-off edges.
