The Brød & Taylor Non-Stick Food Safe Silicone Baking Mat is a non-stick baking mat featuring a strong and durable silicone/fiberglass design.

It is heat resistant up to  260°C and measures 16.5 x 11.4 inches, perfectly sized for professional half-sheet baking pans. This versatile mat can also be used in conjunction with a food dehydrator as a drying sheet on its stainless steel trays.
