With Hari Raya Puasa coming up, we decided to try and make our own curry puff for the occasion!
While it may not be a traditional recipe, we jammed packed ours with lots of vegetables - a great way to introduce more veggies into the meal, especially for the young ones.
For a quick and easy crust, we used... that's right - frozen prata!
We were pleasantly surprised at how crispy and flaky it turned out and it was incredibly easy to use as well.
If you have your own curry puff recipe, comment below and let us know! - we can't wait to see how you make yours~
To our Muslim BRUNO fam, we hope you are surrounded by your loved ones this Hari Raya Puasa and Selamat Hari Raya to all✨
