• The product will be delivered with the delivery slip attached to the box.
• Box may also become dirty during transportation, this is out of our control.  
• Exchange and return requests due to stains on the shipping box will not be entertained.
• In the event that box is damaged during transportation, we will compensate in the form of a gift card for your next purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
