Retail Management and Marketing Executive
Job Description:
As a Retail Management and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for promoting products and driving sales distributed under Maison Ace Pte Ltd which include brands like Aladdin, BRUNO, Vitantonio, My Pottery Shop, etc primarily on our estore. You will also be required to assist with content production and drive engagement for our social media channels.
Minimum qualification and skills:
- Driven, highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication skills
- High willingness to learn
- Independent contributor but must be a key team player with a high level of independance on daily tasks
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Lightroom/Canva is a plus
Overview of roles and responsibilities:
Retailer Management for Cote Maison Asia e-store
- Work closely with Team Head on stocking for e-store throughout the duration of the internship programme.
- Uploading of product information and inventory on e-store.
- Organise inventory and ensure stock levels are healthy on e-store.
- Plan for seasonal and themed e-store events and activities to ensure sales.
- Fulfilment of estore orders.
- Lead on monthly e-newsletters to promote e-store events/ activities.
Marketing for Cote Maison Asia e-store
- Work closely with Manager on creation of BRUNO / Aladdin / Vitantonio Content on www.maisonace.com
- Management and development of BRUNO / Aladdin / Vitantonio Video, Text, and Image Content for www.maisonace.com
- Assist in execution of BRUNO Brand Ambassador Programs
- Assist in execution of media campaigns for Maison Ace products and product launches
- Assist in press statements and media releases for new products
- Creation of POP, Marketing Collateral, Marketing Material for Maison Ace products using Photoshop, In Design, and professional design programmes
Events
- Plan and lead on organising of events with Manager. This includes customer events and overseeing collaborative events with our partners.
- Planning programme run (where necessary)
- Handling checklists, pre-event planning, consolidation of event information (where necessary)
- Sales support at Members and Card Days (where necessary)
Duration of Traineeship
6 months with a high possibility of conversion into a permanent role and pay increment if the trainee can meet the deliverables during the 6 months traineeship. Trainee must be able to start work from 1 March 2022.
Education Qualification
Diploma and above
Marketing and Business Development Intern
This is a min. 6 months full time internship position with potential to convert to a full time position

Overview of roles and responsibilities:
Marketing
- Content creation for brands' social media accounts.
- Copywriting for brands' banners, advertisements, and other social media materials. ● Community and customer service management for brands' social media pages as well as email queries.
- Assist in marketing strategies, inclusive of conceptualising, campaigns, PR efforts, communications, materials and execution across multiple platforms
- Overlooking e-store marketing, sales and order fulfilment in terms of restocking and operations.
- Optimise online experience for our customers from social media platforms to our various website
Business Development
- Researching and identifying corporate sales opportunities,by reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits/suitability of products
- Assist in managing retailer relationships and order fulfilment process of retailers from end-to-end (packing, liaising with delivery partners, etc.)
- Overlooking eStore management and order fulfilment in terms of restocking and operations
- Assist in product inventory tracking and perform improvement analysis when applicable
- Analyze reports or do store visits to improve overall customer service, experience and satisfaction
- Conceptualizing and executing in-store displays for retail stores and distributors (Visual Merchandising)
- Develop and source for POP & materials based on seasonal promotion & Marketing direction
- Planning and organising logistics for brand’s event

We're looking for promoters to join us.
It will require you to work at our various retailers, mainly TANGS Vivocity or Adhoc popups, as an ambassador for the brand.
Duties during each shift may include (this list is not exhaustive) :
- Simple cooking demo with our products
- Assisting customers in their purchase and reply to their queries
- Replenishment and price tagging of products
- Stocktaking
- Keeping contact with HQ and the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
